Bananas

Bananas Foster to be exact. I woke up this morning with Bananas Foster on my mind. Yup. Bananas Foster. We're (my husband and I) are in a dinner club with several foodie friends. We meet monthly and cook to our hearts content (some members more than others). On occasion we drink more than we cook. So, this month our host and hostess have declared it New Orleans month, thus the Bananas Foster. I've never made it before but signed up all the same. I found the original Commander's Palace recipe online and am plotting my attack. Table side fire! Oh yeah. Any hints, send them my way. I'll let you know how it turns out. Bon Appetit.
